Movie Studio to Acquire 'Gears of War' Maker Epic Games

Legendary Pictures, the studio that is producing the 'Gears of War' movie, is in talks to buy Epic Games - the famed studio behind the popular Unreal engine. Legendary is also the company behind 'Superman Returns,' '300,' its sequel and the upcoming 2009 releases 'Ninja Assassin' and 'Watchmen'.
